This is Acer’s Aspire Go 15 AG15-Q31P, a budget laptop built on Qualcomm’s just-announced Snapdragon C platform. Acer didn’t share its price or release date by the time I wrote these words, but Qualcomm says the platform unlocks roughly $300 laptops — despite RAMageddon. Corners cut, surely. “Samsung Display has successfully developed the first QD-OLED monitors to combine 4K resolution with a 360Hz refresh rate,” it claims, adding the 31.5-inch panel can also do 1080p at 680Hz and hit 600 nits brightness while maintaining true blacks (DisplayHDR True Black 600). That’s up from 240Hz and 500 nits previously.
