HBO’s Hacks was a magnet for well-deserved Emmys, and I was personally delighted to hear that the complete series would come to Blu-ray. The set recently went up for preorder, costing $69.99 at Amazon, and includes cast screen tests, deleted scenes, bloopers, table reads, and more detailed at Blu-ray.com.

If you’re looking for a GPU upgrade, but don’t want to shell out $800 or more for an RTX 5070, Newegg has the Gigabyte RX 9070 GRE, a capable card for 1440p gaming, discounted to $500 when you click “Extra discount available. Unlock it here” on the product page and then enter your email. The deal also includes Onimusha: Way of the Sword, although you’ll have to redeem the code by October 24th, 2026.

The first-generation Switch Pro Controller is marked down to $55.99 at a variety of retailers as part of Nintendo’s Customer Appreciation sale. It’s a solid deal despite lacking a few features found in the newer, pricier Switch 2 version. It’s compatible with both Switch consoles, with the caveat that it doesn’t wake the Switch 2 from sleep.

Sometimes, one purchase more than makes up for the annual cost of a Costco membership. HP’s OmniBook 3 is a good example of that. It has a Snapdragon X processor, 16GB of DDR5 RAM, 256GB of storage, and a 1200p OLED screen, and through September 6th it costs just $449.99 ($200 off) at Costco. Seems like a capable Arm-based machine for the price that’s great for entertainment, too.

Normally $30 or more individually, you can grab Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and the sequel, Across the Spider-Verse, on 4K Blu-ray for $35 as a bundle at Amazon and Best Buy. That price includes discs for both movies, as well as digital redemption codes for the titles on Movies Anywhere.

Originally $199, the Neo that shoots at 4K /30 frames per second and can follow you around is down to $139 through third-party sellers at Amazon. While it lacks a few impressive features in the newer, pricier Neo 2, it’s still a fantastic entry-level drone.

The compact Anker 622 power bank is currently discounted to just $25.99 at Amazon and Anker, almost half off its usual price. It features 5,000mAh of capacity, support for MagSafe, and a built-in kickstand for videos or gaming while you charge at up to 7.5W wirelessly. While not the fastest power bank, it’s a good value.

The popular motion-controlled game console is down to $239 at Best Buy, Amazon and Walmart, down from its regular $299 price. It’s a deal we only see every so often, and it’s worth considering if you want another way to keep your kids moving while they’re indoors. Read our review.
