Tesla CEO Elon Musk said today that the company will unveil the final Tesla Model 3 in July. It is likely that final pricing, options, as well as the vehicle’s range will all be shown off, along with a look at the interior and steering wheel, which Musk has previously likened to a “spaceship.”

Later this year, Tesla will begin production of the Model 3, which the company says will will start around $35,000 and include a 215-mile electric range. It’ll be Tesla’s entry-level vehicle and one of a handful of “affordable” long-range electric cars along with the Chevy Bolt.
Tesla has taken several hundred thousand preorders for the car, and plans to dramatically increase Model 3 production in 2018 with total Tesla vehicle production approaching 500,000 units annually.
Tesla expects to make the first deliveries of the Model 3 before the end of 2017.
