On Twitter today, LG UK released another photo of the G Watch that was first announced alongside Google's Android Wear platform last week. The photo is an upgrade from the first one the company released at the time of the announcement, which showed the smartwatch's face shrouded in black. At a glance, the G Watch immediately looks different than the Moto 360 with its square-ish face, while looking similar to existing devices like the Sony SmartWatch 2. In a statement made at the time of the original announcement, LG's CEO said that this device was "developed in close collaboration with Google," but since no specs have been released yet, we can't say exactly how that collaboration will translate into the product. LG claims the G Watch will be released sometime in Q2.
