Postmates and Walmart have expanded their grocery delivery partnership to people in Los Angeles, San Diego, and other nearby areas, the company announced today. Previously the integration was available in cities like Las Vegas, Charlotte, and Oklahoma City.
Postmates expands its Walmart grocery delivery service to Los Angeles and San Diego

In keeping with how Postmates nearly always has a promo code for free delivery, it’s advertising the promo code FRESHCAR for free delivery on your first order if you’re in LA or San Diego.
To access the feature, you can go to Walmart.com/grocery or use the mobile app on iOS or Google Play. Whatever you order will be selected and prepared by Walmart staff and then delivered to you via Postmates. Through the app, you can monitor the delivery status. It costs $9.95 and you have to meet the minimum order of $50, so this is mainly for bulk purchases. And since it’s Walmart, where prices are low, those orders must be made up of a lot of items.
