In one of the biggest wins of the night, Mark Ronson just took home the Grammy for Record of the Year for his hit “Uptown Funk.” It was one of the most hotly contested categories at the awards, pitting the performers against the likes of D’Angelo’s “Really Love” and The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face.”

“Uptown Funk” was the breakout single from Ronson’s 2015 release Uptown Special. The track features Mars’ vocals over Ronson’s funky production, and went on to become one of the biggest hits of last year, spending 14 consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 at number one. “Uptown Funk” also took home the award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
