After being forced to turn away new customers in New York for almost a week, the online streaming company Aereo has reopened to new subscribers. According to a Bloomberg report, people on Aereo’s waiting list are being notified first before the company opens up to new web signups.
Aereo reopens to new users in New York just one week after exceeding capacity

Aereo announced it had reached capacity in New York City on January 31st, meaning it had no more dime-sized antennas to assign to new users. But while New York City might have Aereo back, other cities are still disconnected. Chicago still has not seen its Aereo launch after the date was pushed back in September 2013, and according to Bloomberg, Atlanta recently reached capacity. Customers in that city will be notified when new subscriptions become available.
