Good news for fans of the Dell XPS 13: the ultrabook will be getting a refresh that will fix the most frustrating part of the system. Potential customers will soon see an optional upgrade that will bump the resolution of the 13.3-inch display to 1920 x 1080, up from the 1366 x 768 found on the current iteration. It doesn’t look like Dell will be making any other major changes to the laptop, but the shift to 1080p should fix what we found to be the weakest part of the ultrabook. There’s no word on exactly when Dell will begin offering the upgrade — or how much it will cost — but we imagine it will be sooner rather than later.
