Two weeks ago, Sprint announced that Android 4.0 was on the way for the HTC Evo 3D and Evo Design 4G by "early Augst," and true to form, it is beginning to push out the OTA updates, report Android Central and Ubergizmo. The new software allows users to run Android 4.0-only apps like Google's Chrome browser, and adds new features like Face Unlock and an improved keyboard. Also included in the update is a redesigned camera app that enables panorama shooting and various photo effects. It’s just too bad the new Sense 4.0 skin found on HTC’s One series phones isn’t part of the package — Evo 3D and Evo Design 4G owners will be getting Sense 3.6 instead.
