There's been a bit of a delay since AT&T first said that it would launch the Samsung Galaxy S III, but wait is almost over: the carrier says that the Android 4.0 smartphone will be available in stores come Friday, July 6th. Those who pre-ordered the phone back in June have likely already received the device, but for those who waited you'll be able to order it in-store or online with overnight shipping come Friday. AT&T is carrying the 16GB model of the phone in both Pebble Blue and white, both of which will cost you $199.99 with a two-year contract. There's no word on whether the carrier will offer the 32GB variant of the device, and we've yet to see that AT&T-exclusive red model. Be sure to check our impressions and benchmarks of the device, as well as our full review of the international Galaxy S III if you're interested. The only question now for Android fans on AT&T is whether you should go for the HTC One X or Samsung's latest and greatest — we recommend the former.
