If you've been eyeing the Samsung Galaxy S III but fear tiered data, Droid-Life reports that the 16GB and 32GB models will be available for $599.99 and $649.99, respectively, consistent with the carrier's other high-end smartphones. Whether or not you'll be able to pick up the unsubsidized phones when the on-contract versions go on sale remains to be seen but, with pre-orders starting June 6th, official information regarding unsubsidized pricing and availability should surface sooner than later.
