We’re on the ground at Microsoft’s Surface tablet announcement, and Steven Sinofsky just showed off (albeit very quickly) Netflix for Windows 8. He didn’t give much detail at all, but he did say that the app has been custom designed for Windows 8 with semantic zoom, a Metro UI touch-optimized zooming technique (pan and scroll). We don’t know much else about Netflix for Windows 8, but we’ll let you know as soon as we do.
