It feels like only yesterday that Motorola released the Droid 3. In fact, it was just over three months ago — which makes this supposedly leaked photo of the Droid 4 all the more interesting. Droid-Life has a number of fairly high-resolution shots, with what looks to be yet another slight keyboard tweak. The Android 2.3.5 handset (destined for Ice Cream Sandwich, presumably) is said to have a 4-inch SuperAMOLED Advanced screen, 4G LTE, and "Droid RAZR styling" - which means it's thin and subsequently has a non-removable battery. No word on processor or release date, but we'll let you know what we hear.
Rumored Droid 4 pictures, specs revealed: 4G LTE, ‘RAZR styling’
