Sure, you could be moping around, thinking the whole 8-bit thing has been overdone lately, but then you get a glimpse of Capy's new Super T.I.M.E. Force and realize you were simply waiting for someone to get it right. And by right, we mean mixing space marines (Temporal Inevitability Manipulation Experts, specifically) armed with swords, beam lasers, missiles, and jetpacks, the ability to hitch rides on missiles, and giant rotating platformer stages ripping through space, all scored with a rumbling soundtrack from 6955 that sounds like Steve Reich ripped through your NES. It's slated to land in the year 198X — no official word on launch yet — and has one of the best teaser sites we've seen in ages.
