T-Mobile said it was coming in time for the holidays; T-MoNews said November 2nd was the precise day. HTC said it would cost less than $199. Turns out they were all right! Today, T-Mobile confirmed that the HTC Radar 4G will arrive on November 2nd for $99.99 on contract, bringing Windows Phone Mango to a 3.8-inch Super LCD display with a tricked-out 5-megapixel backside illuminated camera sensor and f/2.2 lens for snapping pictures.
